Delivery and Payment
Delivery
Delivery is available Australia wide to your door. Price to be quoted, once we receive the address for delivery.
Estimated delivery times on stocked items within Australia are:
Melbourne 1-2 working days
Perth 1-2 working days
Sydney 3-5 working days
Brisbane 5-7 working days
Adelaide 3-5 working days
Delivery times for rural areas will be quoted individually.
We do deliver internationally and prices and delivery times can be quoted based on location and the size of the rug.
Payment
Payment in full is required prior to shipment.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit prior to placing the order and the balance prior to delivery.
Interstate trials can be organised. Full payment for the rug is required prior to shipment. If the rug is not suitable we will provide a refund once the rug has been returned to Jenny Jones Rugs. The rug must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery in the same condition in which it was shipped. Jenny Jones Rugs will only cover the cost of freight to and from your home if you proceed with the purchase.
If you do not proceed with the purchase, the freight cost will be deducted out of your refund.
